Through internships, competitions, and skill-building programs, I have gained valuable hands-on experience, developed effective communication and teamwork abilities, and strengthened my confidence in tackling challenges. These experiences have shaped my perspective, encouraged continuous learning, and inspired me to approach every opportunity with dedication and enthusiasm.
Internship | LAFISE Nicaragua (Summer June 7 - July 17, 2024)
In this internship, I gained hands-on experience in the banking sector, exploring the integration of technology in services like credit cards, payment methods, app design, and diverse loan products such as personal, auto, and mortgage loans. I collaborated with executives across industries like agriculture, automotive, and pharmaceuticals, gaining insight into financial solutions such as factoring, leasing, and Paganet. Additionally, I supported credit analysts in evaluating loan applications by analyzing financial statements and repayment capacities, further developing my analytical and client relationship skills.
Internship | Fundacion Zamora Teran (Summer July 18 - July 27, 2024)
In this internship, I gained valuable insight into corporate social responsibility by observing the foundation’s initiatives to enhance children’s education in various countries. I reviewed educational apps that offer subjects like mathematics, English, grammar, and science in engaging ways, aiming to improve learning outcomes. I also introduced AI tools to the foundation, demonstrating their potential to transform educational support for both teachers and students. Additionally, I learned about the foundation's process for selecting communities, ensuring that its initiatives have a lasting and meaningful impact.

In this competition, my team and I worked on analyzing a dataset from a soccer tournament to predict match outcomes and generate strategic insights. I applied statistical analysis and data visualization methods, honing my problem-solving skills and strengthening my ability to collaborate effectively while addressing real-world data challenges.

In this program, I learned key techniques for delivering impactful presentations and connecting with any audience. It helped me build the confidence to speak in front of others, even in challenging situations. I also realized the power of enthusiasm in overcoming obstacles and tackling more difficult tasks.
EPIC Entrepreneurship Program from Babson College (March 2023):
This ten-week program provided an in-depth understanding of key entrepreneurship principles, including business model creation and market analysis. I worked alongside peers on various business projects and had the opportunity to present my work to Babson faculty, gaining insightful feedback that strengthened my critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
